Jerry Mitchell, nominated for an Olivier Award for his choreography and winner of a Tony Award for his directorial skills, has put together a first-class artistic team to adapt the smash-hit film Legally Blonde into a blockbuster West End musical.
When homecoming queen and college sweetheart Elle Woods is dumped by her boyfriend, she doesn't take it lying down. She puts away her credit cards, starts studying like crazy and sets her sights on Harvard Law School. Follow the trials and tribulations of this brilliant new West End heroine as she and Bruiser, her Chihuahua, quit the California Campus lifestyle and head for Harvard's Halls of Justice. Sheridan Smith plays the intrepid blonde bombshell, while Duncan James plays her boyfriend, Warner. Legally Blonde the Musical is so much fun it should be illegal!
Legally Blonde the Musical will be showing at the Savoy Theatre in London from 7th December 2009.
