The Rat Pack, showing at the Adelphi Theatre in London, is a celebration of the amazing talent of three world-renowned singers from yesteryear, namely Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra, and Sammy Davis Jnr, as well as some of the greatest songs ever recorded. The trio of 20th-century screen icons, who greatly influenced popular culture and music, return to London's West End as The Rat Pack Live From Las Vegas for a limited season.
The flashy, extravagant Las Vegas culture from the latter part of 1950 and early 1960 inspired the show, which previews on 23 September before opening on 28 September. It reunites The Rat Pack's three best-known members for an evening of music and repartee.
The show has enjoyed a decade of accolades in Las Vegas, and includes unforgettable Rat Pack songs such as Fly Me To The Moon, Mr Bojangles, My Way, New York New York and That's Amore.

The Adelphi Theatre
Originally called the Sans Pareil ('Without Compare'), the Adelphi Theatre opened in 1806. Its name is taken from the Greek word adelphoi meaning 'brothers', from a neoclassical block of terrace houses constructed by the Adam brothers and running from The Strand to the River Thames. The present Adelphi Theatre building is the fourth to occupy this site, built by Frank Kirk in 1930 and designed by Ernest Runtz. This London theatre has hosted numerous renowned stage shows, including performances of Chicago and Andrew Lloyd Webber's Evita, plus the video of Cats was filmed here in 1998.
The Adelphi Theatre will soon be celebrating the talents of Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra and Sammy Davis Jnr in the musical The Rat Pack - Live from Las Vegas. Booking is from 23 September 2009 to 4 January 2010 and a special Christmas show, Christmas with the Rat Pack, will run from 24 November 2009 to 3 January 2010.
